When Rekoya started to gain a focus on Web3 and crypto influencers, we established our sister agency, Async, to specialize in this dynamic and evolving space. I led the development of a robust vetting framework and a data-driven selection process, ensuring we consistently delivered outstanding results. A successful COO in the Middle East must possess a strong strategic vision to align operations with the organization’s long-term goals. Equally important is cultural awareness and adaptability, given the region’s diversity in business practices and traditions. At Rekoya we concentrate on building relationships based on trust and respect with both our clients and our KOLs. Equally important is navigating the regulatory complexities of the region. For instance, we use AI to analyze campaign data, optimize creative approaches, and predict influencer performance based on audience engagement patterns. A successful initiative I led involved implementing AI-powered tools to refine campaign strategies in real-time.
